This is a beautiful vintage Charter Arms snub nose .38 Special. This is an "Undercover" model and was made in 1965. It has excellent bluing and Pachmayr presentation grips. This was a police issue back up gun and I am including the Bianchi ankle holster. I bought this 30 years ago from a retired police officer and have only fired a few rounds in it since then. $400 or best reasonable offer.
