This is a custom built DPMS Heavy Fluted Barrel Precision Rifle in 5.56.
This was built for hunting smaller animals and pigs. Lightweight for carrying on long treks and extremely accurate. Using Hornady Match ammo in favorable conditions I could hold 1.5" groups at 300yds. The barrel is 1:9 threaded 18" fluted heavy DPMS. Free Float Yankee Hill handguard, adjustable sling, Hogue finger groove grip and Magpul buttstock. The BCG is Black Nitride, as I ran it suppressed and reduced carbon buildup. There is also a CMC 2.5lb single stage flat trigger and a bipod.
Extras will include 3 magpul magazines as seen in the pictures and 1,000 rounds of FMJ ammunition. I will include the Hornady box in the case, which was the bullet the rifle shot most accurately. The hard case with foam inserts are part of this too.
Lastly is the Nikon P-Tactical .223 3-9x40 Matte BDC600. This is very clear and a great entry scope for the beginner shooter, for the reach of a 5.56, this was definitely the most cost effective scope without getting into anything expensive.
This is an excellent target rifle or hunting rifle. Very little recoil and great for the beginner shooter. I accurately shot 18x24 silhouette steel at 600yds with minimal cross wind.
Only trades I'm interested in are modern 7.62x39, AR in .243 or 6.5 grendel, quality semi auto shotgun, modern .357 with rail and thermal. I also have bulk ammo to even things up.
