5.56 complete upper with BCG and charging handle. 16-in barrel, 1-7 twist.

Assembled using 2 unique, M16 barreling Spud. What this means is the barrel extension lugs are perfectly clocked in the upper. This means the BCG, bolt lugs will not contact the locking lugs of the barrel extension causing damage over time. Very common problem with all name brand uppers. Also, the barrel nut is properly anti-seized and torqued at 55 ft lb, all associated screws on the hand guard are torqued at 32 inch pounds with blue threadlock per manufacturer spec. Gas block is torqued at 35-in lb with proper red thread lock for this specific application. Similar to rock set. Flash hider torqued out at 22 ft lb on the crush washer when properly clocked so it is also installed correctly. This upper is as straight as it gets.
