For Sale is a professionally done reproduction of a British Enfield Sniper rifle. A professional gunsmith used as close as he could find copies of a British Enfield scope mount and scope without breaking the bank. The mount is a very close copy as is the Weaver scope which is similar as was used in WWII. The cheek riser was made by specs using another old Enfield stock.
An original Enfield sniper rifle is worth thousands and just an original Enfield scope mount can cost over $500.
The rifle is in great condition and works flawlessly. Included is Lee reloading dies. Also has original surplus canvas sling. One major notice is this rifle has no import marks like so many you see now.
The rifle has been in my family since the early 1950s and was originally owned by my grandfather. It was changed to sniper configuration about 15 years ago by a professional gunsmith. It’s been mostly a safe queen and is now time to go to a new home for someone else to enjoy.
This is an impressive beautiful fun rare rifle as British Enfields are getting difficult to find.
