QD Riser base for Picatinny Rail. Fits existing Weaver base or Picatinny rail.  Device measures  2 1/4 inches long (15mm high) providing ample surface for Red Dot scopes, lasers, lights, etc.  Horizontal Quick Detach throw lever allows shooter to easily add or remove devices according to need while retaining zero.
