Well seasoned/broken-in meat smoker that can easily (deliciously) smoke a whole hog. Once smoked a 100 lb. hog, two 20 lb. briskets, a turkey and two ducks, all at the same time. Made to last a long, long time. Should the barrels eventually rust away, cut the tac-welds/install new barrels and you are good for another decade. This smoker is about one year old. Wife says it must go before the teens and I begin rebuilding a '62 Chevy pickup.
Smoking chamber is about 5'6" long and about 2' wide. Firebox keeps the temp right around 250f all day long with a few small logs thrown on every 30-45 minutes. All hand built.
Looking for a couple of things heading into deer season. We've got a mountain lion working our lease, so it looks like its time to carry a sidearm. .357 or .45 would probably be best. Ugly/old/surface rust is OK. I've got a buddy that's big into Durcoat. Cheap (Hi Point) is also OK. A few 55 gal barrels of shelled corn would also be a welcome trade. Depending on the balance, I could deliver or offer some cash.
