5 shot, probably the 32 caliber center fire as identified below (see notes below).

This is all out of my wheelhouse but based on my research my best guess has it likely being one of the variations of the item listed below:

It shows the patent info marking on top of barrel (see photos) but I find no other markings (such as serial # or caliber).
