Does not include charging handle but it does have the original "N" marked AR-15 BCG from Navy/ SMITH Enterprises. Has it's original Tasco 8-32 Scope on a weaver rail that mounts to the carry handle. Will also come with a new, old stock A2 buttstock with trap door but no upper screw.
