Sold my rifles when I was broke, need good gun for a hunt next week.

Somewhere between Dallas and Tyler is best, will drive for the right deal.

Open to deals on anything from Savage, Ruger, Howa, Kimber etc.

Ideal is Kimber with a Stainless Barrell and good glass. But I like the Howas a lot, and honestly a good condition Axis with decent glass for the right price works fine.
