This is a VFC M249 gas blowback airsoft gun, it is the first gas blowback LMG, just released a year ago. If youre not familiar with airsoft, this is a GBB, it is gas powered, and every time you fire, the bolt travels all the way back then chambers the next round. The action and disassembly of this gun is super realistic. It runs on green gas, or propane (green gas is literally unscented propane, its more expensive). It can be fed frome the Big box magazine or the regular M4 style magazine ( just like the real 249), but both magazines are just gas reservoirs. The magazine that holds the bbs goes under the top. It has a quick disconnect barrel, all the parts are super realistic, including the bolt assembly. The only thing unrealistic about this gun is the weight. The receiver, barrel, and bolt assembly are all aluminum, so its very light (about 8Lbs), but there are full steel upgrades for all these parts, if you're looking for more realism. This is not meant to be a precision rifle, so range and accuracy is not great, compared to some high end airsoft rifles, but there are upgrade parts to improve this. Will come with 2 150rd magazines, 1 box gas mag, 1 M4 gas mag, linked 5.56 rounds to use as dummy ammo, and I can include a propane adapter, so you can use the 1Lbs camping propane tanks. You can buy green gas from any airsoft store, but it is more expensive, and it is literally just propane without the smell added. This is a fully licensed gun with FN trademarks. Including the large box gas magazine, the retail price would be $850 with tax.`This gun is currently out of stock from all the big airsoft retailers, and there's no telling when or if it will be back in stock.
