MR918 is the predecessor of MR920. All parts are interchangeable. The main improvement over the MR918 is the optic system. MR918 has the direct mount for RMR footprint. If you swap red dots a lot then MR920 is the way to go. If you’re not running an optic, or keep RMR footprint dot, then there isn’t as large of a difference.
