Any gunsmith can take a stock Saiga and put it into a Kushnapup stock for about $300.00 and sell it for $1300.00
BUT if you want the finished product to shoot low brass ammo as well as it shoots high brass ammo, to be extremely reliable and with a smooth action and if you want a shorter gun but still legal so it is great for indoor home defense, then you need what has done to this gun.
Coming down the hall at night with a long shotgun and trying to turn around is not easy. This weapon is made or fighting with a 19" barrel plus a 2" sawtooth brake so if you get into a wrestling match, you can swing that barrel as a hell of a punch!!
Build a gun to take into account how it will be used and make the necessary changes to optimize it for it's intended purpose. This has the same performance options that are on more expensive combat shotguns.
First, since this model uses a basic factory standard gun to start with, the Fire Control Group and polished and re-profiled it. The gas port work was done by enlarging all 4 ports and modifying the gas block itself as well. We changed the recoil spring and buffed out the rails as well. Everything done to enhance reliability and performance and making the gun a smoother gun to operate, charge, and shoot. A tapco trigger was added so it's long but easy to pull. Plus a SGM tactical recoil pad was installed to the rear and it really helps too! Are you looking for the best shotgun for home protection????
This gun is a blast to shoot and runs on low brass as well as high brass ammo without a hiccup. It comes with two 13 round mags and one 10 round mag.
