have a used PPS M2, here. I shot it around 600 rounds through it and haven't touched it in a while. Recently I found out there was a recall for some of the M2's and I sent mine in to get serviced, so the recall issue has been taken care of. Walther mills a dot on the back side of the magazine opening to denote that the pistol has been serviced/upgraded. I also add picture of the dot on my firearm and the paperwork to go with it
