This Regulation Police .38 Smith & Wesson Ctg. remains in good to very good overall condition. There is some obvious blue wear on the barrel and receiver and some light spots of oxidation. The blueing appears to be factory original. The bore is bright and shiny and the rifling is evident. The serial number (4127) indicates this firearm was manufactured in 1911 according to Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson. The most recent patent date stamp on the barrel is Dec. 28, 14.
