9mm Browning Hi Power from Argentina, it is marked as F.N Browning Industria Argentina on the slide, the bottom of the magazine well says Armscorp Silver Springs, MD, which I am assuming is the importer. The rear sight is adjustable, front sight is fixed. Comes with one Mec Gar 13 round magazine. The pistol shows wear and tear, with some rust. Slide serial number matches the frame.
