Up for sale today is WWI French used Eibar Model 92 revolver chambered in 8x27mm French Ordnance aka 8mm Lebel Revolver. The French were desperate for sidearms in WWI and purchased millions of Spanish made pistols and revolvers during the war. The Spanish copied and simplified the S&W 1905 design, chambered it in the French revolver cartridge, and sold them by the thousands. They were cheap and parts were not that interchangeable, but were well liked by soldiers. This example functions great in both SA and DA, has good lockup and timing and shoots very well. It does have a very slight ring in the barrel that does not affect function. A very cool little revolver with some history.
FTF sales only. Will also trade towards other milsurp firearms.
