Things to look out for on a scammer is 1...they WILL ask for $ up front before a face to face meeting. They'll make some excuse about being robbed or shot at before. 2...check their registration date. If it's very recent, that a tell and it'll lead ya back to #1. And 3...if the price is to good to be true than it is!
