This good-looking Winchester model 94AE. chambered for the venerable .30-30 Winchester cartridge (AE is for Angle Eject which makes mounting a scope much easier) just came in on consignment. Serial number denotes a manufacture date of 1984. The 20" barrel has an excellent, bright, shiny bore. It is very possible this rifle is unfired. There are some light scratches, but it is still better than a 98% gun. The wood is pretty straight grained walnut. There is a leather sling on quick detachable swivels. Overall, a very nice lever gun.
