The stock on this rifle is able to fold and is adjustable for length of pull and comb height, and is shaped from the factory to fit on and retain a sandbag without slipping. The trigger weight and break on this rifle are almost unbelievable, with no take up and a crisp pull with a clean, perfect break at just under 2lbs. Mounted on this rifle is a Schmidt and Bender PM II 3-12x50 MOA second focal plane scope, these optics are the best in the business offering unparalleled clarity and accuracy in their adjustments. It is retained by Badger Ordinance rings, and has a tie-on multicam scope cover along with the factory bikini cover. The remaining extras are 3 10rd factory steel magazines, and 4 5rd factory steel magazines, along with a tie on multicam muzzle cover and blue force gear sling. The history on this rifle is well recorded, having fired 20 rounds to fire lap the barrel per surgeon rifle’s recommended break-in, 5 shots one at a time with the barrel cleaned after each shot, and 5 3 shot groups with the barrel cleaned after each trio. It has had 200 rounds fired after this 20 round break in, with all 220 rounds consisting of federal 175gr gold medal match. The bore of this rifle is in absolutely pristine condition, and this is the first and only barrel that has been mounted to this action. This rifle was made before the sale of the surgeon rifles company- making this one of the rare, almost new original surgeon rifles. This rifle will ship with the Pelican 1750 hard case pictured and ammunition is available to the winning bidder, federal 175gr GMM.
