Up for sale is my Remington Model 7 in .223 rem. Very good condition with handling marks on the stock. Clean bore and very accurate with a decent trigger. Comes with a Burris Signature series 2-8x32 scope in QD rings. Rifle has good iron sights as well. Must be Texas resident with Concealed Carry permit or be willing to do a background check at an FFL. Must sign bill of sale. Asking $900 OBO. Would be willing to do $500 and trade for a quality grain mill (grain mill subject to wife’s approval).
