Up for sale is a very nice Springfield/Savage Model 86, bolt action, tubular magazine fed .22 rifle. I have owned this for 3-4 years, enjoyed it and moving it on as I have way to many .22's. This rifle is a late 40's - 60's gin based its attributes, before serial #'s.

It's an adult sized .22, an absolute tack driver with some history on it and in very good shape considering its age. Appears to be original bluing (75% - 85%) with one mark where it likely was leaning on something. No rust, no pitting, bore in excellent shape. The wood is also in very good shape (80%-90%). No rot or visible cracking that I can find.
