Original, unrefinished Colt 1911 .45ACP made in early 1918, US Property marked, used in World War 1. Original 1917 Hoyt leather holster included. This pistol is an excellent reference example of what a high condition, issued World War 1 1911 pistol should look like. It retains the vast majority of its original finish. It does show bluing loss in areas where it was exposed outside the holster and bluing loss where the holster rubbed on it as the soldier moved around with it on his belt.
