Barrel is a Noveske N4 Rival 17in fluted barrel w/ all other upper components being cobalt kinetics. Sweet build it’s just an extra upper that lays around without shooting it. It has a Huxwrx muzzle brake that can be swapped for a cobalt brake if you’d like. Upper has about 2-300 rounds through it. Shoots soft, tight sub MOA groups.
