Ruger 10/22 Tactical with red dot - NIB Listing ID: 3013618

NIB Ruger 10/22 Tactical with a new Vortex Sparc II red dot sight and rail. I won the rifle at a Friends of NRA dinner and I bought the Sparc II as I found it to be excellent on another 10/22. This one has not been out of the box. FTF, no BOS necessary.
