WW1 1911 Colt Issued Listing ID: 3033842

I posted this before but with terrible pictures that I think people got the scam vibe from.

I took the gun in as a trade for work, I had full plans on restoring it to be a shooter not a safe queen.

The gun was manufactured by colt in 1917 you can run the serial number on colts data base.

Gun needs honestly 150 dollars in parts and a gun smith to weld up the screw holes in the slide from the bowman target sight that was added my best guess sometime in the 50/60s.

Gun comes as is with all spare 1911 parts I have for it. It’s actually a really nice firearm and a great piece of history that you can actually shoot.

I’m honestly not looking to sell it out right as much as I am looking for a 80s 90s era two stroke dirt bike running not running just looking for something to fix up and ride around with my kids who are now getting to that age.
