Husband (Retired) and Wife are looking to lease a Small Fenced Tract of Raw land (5 acres up to 40 acres) on Lake or on Acreage with Stocked Pond(s) within 100 +/- miles of Conroe, Texas for Fishing and Camping for two people. Deer and or Hog Hunting privileges For One Person a Plus. (No Hunting Clubs, Nothing fancy and We are NOT looking for trophy deer!). Please note: Depending on the Property Size, Fishing and the Location, Our Budget allows us to pay $750 - $1000 Per Person each year and we'll pay an additional $1000 Finders Fee to anyone, including the landowner, that can provide us with leads and help us find, secure and sign a 3 - 5 year lease.
